Vaibhav Gupta took home Indian Idol 14, the singing reality show during the grand finale on Sunday. The winner was awarded an award, which was worth an amount of 25 lakh and an automobile. He beat 5 other finalists who included Adya Mishra Ananya Pal and Piyush Panwar. Subhadeep Das as well as Anjana Padmanabhan.
After the trophy was awarded Vaibhav Gupta spoke about it that he was interviewed by Indian Express.
I’d like to do back-to-back singing in the name of Salman Khan, Vicky Kaushal and Ranveer Singh right now. I’ll do my best to ensure to make it happen someday.

In a post-game interview about his victory, Vaibhav went on to add, “This win has made me more focused. It’s now an added obligation, and I’m determined to provide the fans an even greater experience.” He also said, “I want to make my dream studio using the winnings. I’d like to use this studio to produce the kind of music that I desire. I’m hoping to create songs videos.” He shared his desire to create his own studio and create music videos inside it.
The judges, who were mentors to the participants, Kumar Sanu, Shreya Ghoshal and Vishal Dadlani expressed their delight of Gupta’s accomplishments, and wished him luck for his next projects. Shreya Ghoshal as the judge of The reality program, spoke regarding Gupta and his skills. Vaibhav as per her is an acrobat since the day of the audition.
Since beginning the audition Vaibhav demonstrated his flexibility and, throughout the show, Vaibhav has always wowed us by his performances. Vaibhav’s experience on this show is amazing constant, steady, and inspirational. I wish him the best and hope that he can achieve his goals.

The premiere of the show was at Sony TV on October 7 2023 and remained running for five months. Vaibhav Gupta carried the trophy home with great joy and pride. The contestants Subhadeep Das Chowdhury and Piyush Panwar were crowned as the first and second runners up and second runners up, respectively. They each received the sum of five lakhs rupees. Ananya Pal was declared to be the third-place finisher and was also presented with an amount of three lakh rupees.
