The Critics’ Choice Awards took place in Mumbai on Tuesday to mark the sixth time in its history. The prestigious award ceremony honors the most outstanding films, short films, and web-based content every year.
The evening was a glam affair with stars like Richa Chadha Ali Fazal, Karan Johar, Kiran Rao, Anil Kapoor and Vidya Balan all in attendance.
Vikrant Massey’s performance on 12th Fail has been awarded the prize for Best actor. He squared up against famous actors like Mammootty as well as Manoj Bajpayee. Shefali Shah won an award for the Best Actress honour for Three of Us and Barun Sobti’s Kohrra was rewarded with the Best Series. For the category of best Actress (Feature film) category actors Jyotika, Kalki Koechlin, and Shahana Goswami were also nominated.
