Theatrical and OTT Release
In terms of the theatrical release, Boys Hostel was first shown in theaters on August 26 2023. Prior to that it was announced that the first Kannada version had already made its way to large screens the 21st of July 2023. If you’re wondering where to stream it in the near future, it will be available from November 10th 2023, it will be available for streaming on ETV Win and, just this year, around 2024, it was released to Aha as well.
Cast and Characters
It’s not just a one lead role film, but you will notice that the film includes four new faces in lead roles.
First is Prajwal B.P. is Ajith Prajwal B.P., an aspirant filmmaker who finds himself in a tense situation all of a sudden. Manjunath Nayaka Srivatsa Shyam along with Tejas Jayanna Urs as his closest friends, each with their own unique humor and that’s exactly what appears to be the case with the film. In addition, Rakesh Rajkumar appears as the strict hostel warden.

It is without doubt that this film is without doubt one of the finest and most remarkable work of Nithin Krishnamurthy. Not many people are aware of that it was his first film as director. Story Summary
If you’ve lived the hostel experience before, this alone should be enough to get you to watch this movie, however you aren’t sure about the plot it is clear that the plot revolves around college students who see their warden in unconsciousness and think they are in danger. The comical typing is flawless throughout the film, as in fear, they attempt to cover up the incident while preparing for tests. Then, however they find out that it was a part of a short film set-up. They assist in shooting the final scene, before heading back to the study.
